Curls.com offers a 30-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow the directions below to return it for a refund. Return shipments must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery to the destination address.

Only products purchased on Curls.com may be returned. Products purchased from any of our retail partners should be returned directly to the place of purchase.

Preparing Your Return

Properly package your return to prevent damage in transit. Use the original Curls packaging if available and include a copy of your invoice.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process it, and issue a refund in the amount of the original charge for the item(s). Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your returned package for your merchandise refund to be processed. Once that happens, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details. Please note that once we process a refund it can take 3-5 more business days for the funds to post to your account, depending on your banking institution.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was the result of our error.
